Abstract:Effective anticancer immunity depends on properly activating
multiple
stepwise events in the cancer-immunity cycle. An immunologically “cold”
tumor microenvironment (TME) engenders immune evasion and refractoriness
to conventional checkpoint blockade immunotherapy. Here, we combine
