Synthetic Routes to Novel Fluorogenic Pyronins and Silicon Analogs with Far-Red Spectral Properties and Enhanced Aqueous Stability

Abstract: Fluorogenic detection of reactive (bio)analytes is often achieved with "smart" probes, whose activation mechanism causes the release of aniline-based fluorophores.
