Synthetic Routes to Aminotriamantanes, Topological Analogues of the Neuroprotector Memantine®

Abstract: S y n t h e t i c R o u t e s t o A m i n o t r i a m a n t a n e s Abstract: The amino derivatives of diamantane and triamantane, representing close topological analogues of the neuroprotective drug Memantine " , were prepared via amination of the respective carboxylic acids or alcohols.
