Synthetic RNA-Based Immunomodulatory Gene Circuits for Cancer Immunotherapy

Abstract: SUMMARY Despite its success in several clinical trials, cancer immunotherapy remains limited by the rarity of targetable tumor-specific antigens, tumor-mediated immune suppression, and toxicity triggered by systemic delivery of potent immunomodulators.
