Synthesis, structural, morphological, functional, optical and particle size enhanced cadmium oxide nanoparticles on electro-chemical applications

Abstract: The co-precipitation technique of cadmium oxide (CdO) nanoparticles in aqueous solutions at high temperatures was employed in this investigation. The potential for electrochemical activity was studied. Thus, a powder X-ray diffractometer was used to quantitatively evaluate the Scherer-calculated crystallite grain size and dislocation density.
