Synthesis, physicochemical properties and antigypoxic activity of some S-derivatives of 4-alkyl-5-(((3-(pyridin-4-yl)-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl)thio)methyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol

Abstract: Hypoxia is a discrepancy between the required energy of the cell in the mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation system. The immediate cause of the deficiency is a decrease in the oxygen concentration in the mitochondria.
