Synthesis of Uniform, Monodisperse, Sophorolipid Twisted Ribbons

Abstract: International audienceControl over size monodispersity in chiral self-assembled systems is important for potential applications like templating, tissue engineering or enantioselective chromatography, just to cite a few examples.
