Synthesis of Substituted Sumanenes by Aromatic Electrophilic Substitution Reactions

Abstract: Electrophilic substitution reactions of sumanene were studied. Mono-, di-, and trisubstituted sumanenes were selectively prepared with the separation of all regioisomers.
