Abstract:Efficient syntheses of stilbenyl and bibenzyl cannabinoids were investigated. A comprehensive synthetic strategy without protecting groups was constructed on direct C–C condensation and [3+3] annulation followed by different intramolecular cyclizations or reductive aromatization.
