Abstract

PAMAM-dendrimers are the best investigated family of dendrimers, but methods for synthesizing PAMAM-dendrimers with well-defined heterogeneously substituted surfaces are lacking. In this paper, we present a general scalable, synthetic scheme that allows control over the position and number of different surface groups.
