Abstract: Comprehensive SummaryIdose‐type glycosides have numerous biological activities and have been widely used as anticoagulant drugs and anti‐infection drugs. Thioglycosides have enhanced stability for acid‐mediated or enzymatic hydrolysis, and have a wide range of applications in glycobiology and drug development.
