Abstract:<p>Phosphorodiamidatemorpholino oligonucleotides
(PMO) are routinely used for gene silencing and the recently developed
PMO-based drug “Exondys51” has highlighted the importance of PMO as excellent
antisense reagents. However, the synthesis of PMO has remained challenging.
