Synthesis of Ni0.5Co0.5Fe2O4 Ferrite and Effect of Annealing Temperature on the Structural, Morphological and Dielectric Analysis

Abstract: In the current work, we have synthesized nickel substituted cobalt ferrite nanoparticles using Pechini's method. The presence of single-phase synthesized nanoparticle is confirmed at annealing temperature around 1000 oC and the crystallinity nature further improves at 1150 oC. The average crystallite size is found to increase with increasing annealing temperature.
