This captivating presents a detailed exploration of novel pyrazole‐hydrazide derivatives achieved through meticulous synthesis and characterization. A series of novel compounds were synthesized and characterized using a variety of spectroscopic techniques and hyphenated techniques, confirming their structures and purities with precision. Intriguingly, the combination of these synthesized pyrazole‐hydrazide derivatives ligands and copper (II) salts such as Cu(CH3COO)2, Cu(NO3)2, CuSO4, and CuCl2 at aerobic conditions demonstrated remarkable efficiency in catalyzing the oxidation of catechol to o‐quinone. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent rate of 401 μmol L−1 s−1 exhibited by the complex formed by ligand L6 and the metal salt Cu(CH3COO)2 in the oxidation of catechol to o‐quinone. Additionally, an investigation into the antibacterial activity of these compounds against diverse bacterial strains, including Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Staphylococcus aureus, was conducted. Surprisingly, the results revealed a distinct absence of significant antibacterial efficacy in the tested pyrazole‐hydrazide derivatives. This study contributes to the understanding of pyrazole‐hydrazide derivatives, emphasizing their catalytic potential. The novel compounds presented herein can serve as a starting point for applications in various fields, thereby enriching the research and paving the way for future investigations.
