Abstract: Under the synergistic effect of the triblock copolymer P123 and sucrose, the obtained hexagonal Pd can be loaded onto the chain MnOOH and three-dimensional carbon grid, and the formed Pd-C-MnOOH composite catalyst shows enhanced ORR performance.
