Abstract:The Influence of SILAR cycle on the optical, morphological as well as compositional properties of Iron Copper Sulphide (FeCuS) thin film was reported. Utilizing the straightforward and reasonably priced SILAR technique, the deposition was carried out by the use of soda lime glass (SLG) substrates.
