Synthesis of high purity aluminum nitride nanopowder by RF induction thermal plasma

Abstract: Aluminum nitride, which has outstanding properties such as high thermal conductivity and electrical resistivity, has been received a great attention as a substrate and packaging material of semiconductor devices.
