“…12 After the reduction process, the f-FWNT/rGO electrode showed indistinct redox feature in the broad voltage range of 2.5 ~ 4 V vs. Li/Li + . 60 The values of R ct for the f-FWNT/r-CGO and f-FWNT/rGO are ~1000 and ~2350 Ω cm 2 , respectively, indicating much faster redox reactions of the f-FWNT/r-CGO than f-FWNT/rGO. 36,41,44,47,59 The difference of the gravimetric current density between f-FWNT/r-CGO and other electrodes became prominent at a high scan rate of 5 mV/s (Fig.…”

“…S7 † displays the Raman spectra of GO, CG, and ACG; revealing two distinct peaks, corresponding to the D-band (due to the doubly degenerate E 2g mode at the Brillouin zone center) and the G-band (arising from the defect-mediated zone-edge phonons). 39,[57][58][59] The D-and G-bands are at 1347 cm −1 and 1599 cm −1 , respectively, for the samples. The D-band and G-band intensity ratio (I D /I G ) at 0.91 corresponds to GO, whereas after GO reduction (i.e., RGO) the ratio increases to 1.06.…”

“…Both samples exhibit similar CV curves in the NaOH solution without and with methanol. Meanwhile, the anodic peaks at 0.82 V are observed after the methanol was added, as shown in Figure b, indicating a typical methanol electrocatalytic oxidation process associated with the formation of Cu(III) species, which has been generally reported to be a redox mediator for the oxidation of methanol on Cu‐loaded electrodes . It is noted that the oxidation current density of the 3Dp‐hnp‐Cu electrode toward the oxidation of methanol is larger than that of np‐Cu and the onset oxidation potential of the 3Dp‐hnp‐Cu electrode has a negative shift compared to that of the np‐Cu electrode, suggesting that the 3Dp‐hnp‐Cu electrode possesses better electrocatalytic activity in methanol oxidation than the np‐Cu electrode.…”
