Synthesis of artificial cells via biocatalytic polymerisation-induced self-assembly

Abstract: Artificial cells are biomimetic microstructures that mimic functions of natural cells and find application, e.g., as microreactors, as building blocks for molecular systems engineering, and to host synthetic biology pathways.
