Synthesis of a novel hydroxamic acid flotation collector and its flotation separation of malachite against quartz

Abstract: This paper proposes a promising chelating collector, phenyl propyl hydroxamic acid (BPHA), to directly float malachite for the separation of malachite against quartz.
