In principle, 2 is related to the carbonyl-stabilized ylides of the type 3 Ph 3 PCHC(O)R in which the P(O)Ph 2 group of 2 is replaced by C(O)R and which exhibits rich coordination chemistry [5]. Here we report on the preparation and the crystal structure of 2 and on the formation of further adducts of type A to C which could be identified and confirmed by X-ray diffraction analyses.…”
