Synthesis Methods and Applications of TiO2 based Nanomaterials

Abstract: Nanomaterials or nanoparticles (NPs) are nano-size particles with a (1-100) nm dimension, they show unique properties such as magnetic, electronic, optical, and activating effects. That is why NPs have many applications. Titanium dioxide (TiO2) or Titania based nanoparticals are commonly used NPsdue to their medical and industrial applications. TiO2NPs are used in photodynamic therapy (SDT) and drug delivery due to their non-toxicity. In this review paper we will show some of the typ… Show more

“…Finally, respiratory symptoms during coronavirus infections were significantly reduced with area-under-curve AUC=75.8 (+/-50.24) versus 21.1 (+/-21.27) score points (p=0.0036). Echinacea’s broad antiviral spectrum was confirmed in two clinical trials suggesting its potential for prevention of infections by respiratory pathogens, including coronavirus 2 3 .…”

“…Numerous potent pharmacological and medical compounds possess the tetrazole functionality which has a wide variety of applications. [7,8] In addition to having antiviral [9] and anticancer [10] properties, the tetrazole moiety also has antiinflammatory, [11] antifungal [12] and antibacterial [13][14][15][16] properties. Moreover, modern medicinal chemistry researches suggest the development of novel tetrazoles due to their prospective therapeutic relevance and broad biological actions.…”
