Abstract: This investigation explores the efficiency of composite coatings, leveraging polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) matrices embedded with zinc sulfide (ZnS) and cadmium sulfide (CdS) nanoparticles, for their infrared (IR) radiation blocking potential.
