Based on the intelligent logistics park layout planning project, this article systematically studies the layout planning of intelligent logistics park from all aspects by combining research and analysis with investigation. This article discusses the principles and methods of location and layout of logistics parks and studies the location and layout decision of logistics parks. Based on the analysis of the functional design and regional layout of the logistics park, the location and layout of the logistics park are modeled. The improved GA is added to the systematic layout design method, and the layout planning process of logistics park is established according to the characteristics of logistics park design and planning. When determining the objective function, on the basis of the original fixed cost of logistics park construction, the logistics distribution cost is introduced into the planning and layout. Moreover, different from the facility layout planning, the goal of improving the layout also increases the operating cost. Finally, based on the improved GA, the layout of intelligent logistics park is planned, and a satisfactory layout scheme is obtained. Experiments show that the error of this algorithm is only 0.54, which is 0.6 lower than that of traditional planning methods. It can provide theoretical support and decision-making basis for the planning and layout of intelligent logistics parks.

Pt(II) complexes bearing one N‐salicylidene‐(S)‐1‐phenylethylamine [HL(S)] or N‐salicylidene‐(R)‐1‐phenylethylamine [HL(R)] were synthesized and characterized by electrospray ionization mass spectroscopy (ESI‐MS), Fourier‐transform infrared (FT‐IR), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopies. The results of the micro‐analytic and spectroscopic methods disclosed that the reaction of K2PtCl4 with the chiral azomethine ligand in DMSO produced both trans‐ and cis‐[Pt(II)L(DMSO)Cl]. Then only trans‐[Pt(II)L(DMSO)Cl] isomers in Na2CO3 solution can transform to Pt(II) complexes 3 in coordination of the ligands to platinum as tridentate C,N,O‐donors. The photophysical properties of obtained platinum(II) complexes were studied by UV‐visible and luminescent spectra. The results showed that they all exhibited emission in the visible region. Anticancer properties in vitro of obtained Pt(II) complexes were scaned for KB and HepG‐2 cancer cell lines. They had good activity for the tested cancer cells. The cis‐Pt(II) complexes possessed higher anticancer activity than trans‐Pt(II) complexes and R‐enantiomers were found to be more cytotoxic than S‐enantiomers.

Six Fe(III) complexes bearing unsymmetrical salen-type ligands derived from 2-hydroxynaphthaldehyde and substituted salicylaldehydes were synthesized by coordinating the unsymmetrical salen-type ligands with FeCl3.6H2O. The synthetic complexes were characterized by electrospray ionization mass spectra (ESI-MS), effective magnetic moments (μeff), and infrared (IR) and ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectra. The spectroscopic data are in good agreement with the suggested molecular formulae of the complexes. Their cyclic voltammetric studies in acetonitrile solutions showed that the Fe(III)/Fe(II) reduction processes are electrochemically irreversible. The in vitro cytotoxicity of the obtained complexes was screened on human cancer cell lines KB (a subline of Hela tumor cell line) and HepG2 (a human liver cancer cell line) and a normal human cell line HEK-293 (Human Embryonic Kidney cell line). The results showed that the synthetic Fe(III) complexes are highly cytotoxic and quite selective. The synthetic complexes bearing unsymmetrical salen-type ligands with different substituted groups in the salicyl ring indicate different cytotoxicity.
