Synthesis, Characterization, and Dyeing Performance of UV Protective Mono Azo Acid Dyes Based on 4-Hydroxybenzophenone

Abstract: A key element in reducing human UV exposure is making proper UV protective goods with good ultraviolet protection factor (UPF) protection. The current research is focused on the synthesis of UV-protective functional dyes containing benzophenone-based UV absorbers and its application on wool and silk fabrics.
