Synthesis, Characterization, and Antiproliferative Properties of New Bio-Inspired Xanthylium Derivatives

Abstract: Xanthylium derivatives are curcumin analogs showing photochromic properties. Similarly, to anthocyanins, they follow the same multistate network of chemical species that are reversibly interconverted by external stimuli.
