Synthesis, biological activity and toxicity to zebrafish of benzamides substituted with pyrazole-linked 1,2,4-oxadiazole

Abstract: A series of novel benzamides substituted with pyrazole-linked 1,2,4-oxadiazole was designed and synthesized by using the splicing principle of active substructures.
