Abstract:New series of 1-(2-fluorobenzyl)piperazine triazoles 7(a-k) have been synthesized and evaluated for anticancer activity. The molecular structures of all the compounds were established by employing 1H NMR, 13C NMR and mass spectral analysis. In vitro anticancer activity was evaluated using MTT assay against MCF7 breast cancer cell line.
