Synthesis and structural characterization of a dumbbell-like phenylphosphonate-stabilized Ti7–oxide cluster

Abstract: In recent years, crystalline polyoxotitanium clusters (PTCs) have attracted increasing attention as a new kind of promising crystalline material.
