“…Structural assignments were made with additional information from H–H NOSY experiments (compounds 6 - 1 and 6 - 2 ). Substrates 1a – p were prepared by following the literature procedure. Reversed-phase hig- performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) was performed with a C18 cartridge column [LC column, Phenomenex, Gemini C18, 5 μm, 110 Å, 21.2 mm × 250 mm, velocity of flow of 10 mL/min, ultraviolet (UV) absorption wavelengths of 254 and 280 nm] and gradients of acetonitrile (5% to 50%) in 0.5 M ammonium bicarbonate buffer. Ion exchange resin (Dowex 50WX4 200–400) was used to change the final product as a sodium salt.…”

“…Some of the products were purified by silica gel column chromatography (200−300 mesh), and others were purified by HPLC. 1 H NMR (400 and 600 MHz), 13 C NMR (100 and 150 MHz), 31 P NMR (162 and 243 MHz), and 19 F NMR (376 and 564 MHz) spectra were recorded on Bruker 400 and 600 MHz spectrometers. Structural assignments were made with additional information from H−H NOSY experiments (compounds 6-1 and 6-2).…”

“…The C1 polymerization is carried out first to avoid the self-polymerization of the reactant itself to proceed into postpolymerization. After going through the reaction of CuAAC, it provides a general route for other side chain reactions such as replacing one fluorine with a thiol group followed by para-fluoro-thiol (PFTR) reaction [8]. This application provides wider routes for molecules like this to be changed and go through more reactions by introducing new functional groups to the original molecule which helps to change its chemical properties.…”

“…In polymer chemistry, great progress has been made in discovering and improving polymerization methods that can lead to new polymeric materials [1]. Nowadays, polymeric materials are used in many fields, from commodities to high-tech and sophisticated applications such as polymer-based batteries [2].…”
