Synthesis and Photocurrent Performance of Graphene Oxide–CdTe/CdS Nanocomposite

Abstract: Graphene with two-dimensional carbon nanostructures provides a potent strategy to enhance optoelectronic performance of semiconductor nanoparticles based light harvesting assemblies. Graphene oxide-CdTe/CdS (GO-CdTe/CdS) nanocomposites were successfully prepared by CdTe/CdS quantum dots (QDs) formed on the surface of graphene oxide sheets.
