Abstract:Manganese selenide is an important diluted magnetic semiconductor (DMS) material having both optical and magnetic properties especially in the nanometer scale. Because of the phenomena of polymorphism exhibited by MnSe, it can be an interesting material for controlled polymorphism synthesis by using different synthesis procedures.
