Synthesis and Evaluation of Novel DNA Minor Groove Binders as Antiamoebic Agents

Abstract: The free-living amoeba Acanthamoeba castellanii is responsible for the central nervous infection granulomatous amoebic encephalitis and sight-threatening infection Acanthamoeba keratitis.
