Synthesis and electrochemical properties of composite cathode materials

Abstract: Original method for synthesis of LiFePO 4 /LiTi 2 (PO 4 ) 3 composite material is suggested. The method includes mechanical activation of a precursor in a high-pressure apparatus of the type of Bridgeman anvils. Electrodes prepared on the basis of this material have signifi cant advantages in discharge potential, capacity, and stability over the known foreign and domestic analogs.
