Synthesis and dissolution behaviour of nateglinide‐nicotinamide cocrystals by simple slurry crystallization

Abstract: Pharmaceutical cocrystals have received increasing attention in improving drug physicochemical properties. Here, we successfully synthesized a cocrystal of nateglinide (a non-sulphonylurea hypoglycemic agent) and nicotinamide by slurry crystallization.
