Abstract:Molybdenum disulfide nanoflowers (MoS2 NFs) were prepared by hydrothermal method. The prepared MoS2 NFs was characterized by SEM, TEM, XRD, specific surface areas, Raman and XPS. The characterization results show that the flower‐like spherical MoS2 is composed of many ultra‐thin nanosheets with an average diameter of about 300‐400 nm.
