“…The polymers were analyzed on the basis of 1 H NMR spectra and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). As shown in entry 10, Table 1 , the optimal conditions for the ring-opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone are the simultaneous addition of toluene as solvent and benzyl alcohol (BnOH) as co-catalyst at 80 °C for 1 h.
