Furthermore, MoS 2 + Sb 2 O 3 fillers are wrapped tightly by the dense and uniform three-dimensional network structure formed during crosslinking and curing of the resin, which ensures MoS 2 + Sb 2 O 3 fillers playing a maximum role to improve the bearing capacity and wear resistance of the coating during the whole friction process, resulting that the coating still does not fail although sliding 8 h. Spectroscopic analysis of the worn surface both on Vee block and test pin for 3#coating after running 8 h revealed the following chemical species to further analyze the tribological mechanism of 3#coating (Figure 10).…”
