Synthesis and Characterization of (PVA-CoO-ZrO2) Nanostructures for Nanooptoelectronic Fields

Abstract: Nanocomposites have a wide range of applications, including optical integrated circuits, sensors, coatings, and medical devices. As a result, the purpose of this paper is to prepare a new type of nanocomposites made of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) with different concentrations (0, 1, 2 and 3) wt% of cobalt oxide and zirconium dioxide (CoO-ZrO2) nanoparticles by using casting method.
