“…8a .53 emu g À1 , respectively. It is lower than the theoretical value of 50 emu g À1 [38]. This may be due to the low shape anisotropy and single domains of NiFe 2 O 4 , which allow them to magnetize in directions along their easy magnetic axes.…”

“…The first weight loss region is from room temperature to 153°C and is accredited to loss of surface absorbed water or the residual water molecules in the composite. The second weight loss step in the temperature range of 153-400°C is due to dehydration of OH group in the spinel structure of some constituents such as NO 3 À and PVA, which lead to two degradation systems involving both inter and intermolecular transfer reaction, the oxidation of complexes and formation of semi-organic carbon metal/metal oxide [16,37,38]. The third weight loss stage at the temperature range of 400-507°C is due to the formation of corresponding metal oxides and the spinel phase is formed.…”

“…ferric salts and nickel salts) with controlled R Fe/M (Ni, Co, Mn or Mg etc.) were used to prepare ferrites [24,25]. In this paper, synthesis of metal co-doped magnesium ferrites from the acid Table 4.…”

“…O tamanho médio de cristalito (D) encontra-se entre 20 e 65 nm. Como pode ser observado na Tabela 1, esses valores estão próximos aos encontrados na literatura [1,3,7]. É possível notar que a amostra SG possui menor (D) quando comparada à CH 1,0 e 1,5, o que demonstra que esse parâmetro depende consideravelmente do método de síntese.…”
