Abstract:The present study reports the synthesis of colloidal Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) nano materials (average size ∼9 nm) by a simple and low cost hot‐injection method. The zinc and copper rich CZTS also prepared be the same method. The effect of copper and zinc on the structural, compositional, morphological, and optical properties was studied.
