“…The Raman peaks at 170.3, 195.0, and 655.5 cm −1 can be indexed to the active modes of Se−Se pair in the hexagonal NiCoSe 2 , in which the sharp peak at 195.0 cm −1 can be due to the stretching modes of Se−Se. 45,46 It is found that the characteristic modes of NiCoSe 2 vanished completely and a broad peak appeared at 546.6 cm −1 after the activation process, which can be due to the overlap peaks of the stretching modes of Ni and Co hydroxides and NiCo oxyhydroxides. 38,47 The above results demonstrate that the NiCoP−NiCoSe 2 film can be reconstructed into NiCo hydroxides coexisted with a small amount of NiCo oxyhydroxides by the electrochemical activation process.…”
