“…The strong absorption peak at 1654 cm −1 corresponded to the -C=O stretching vibrations of amide groups [49,50], while the characteristic absorption peaks at 1237 cm −1 were assigned to C-N stretching vibrations [51]. At 1390 cm −1 , a characteristic absorption peak of -COO − associated with carboxyl in the AA unit was observed [52]. Moreover, the rigid five-membered ring of the NVP unit exhibited characteristic absorption peaks at 1450 cm −1 [50].…”

“…Long et al 22 prepared a natural mixture of carboxymethyl cellulose and carboxymethyl starch (CMCS) by alkalization and etherification, which has good filtration performance at 120 C. Synthetic polymers can adjust their temperature and salt tolerance through the selection of groups. Amides and carboxyl groups have strong adsorption properties, and the particle size is stable by hydrogen bond adsorption, such as acrylamide (AM), 23 Acrylic acid (AA), 24 and so forth. The sulfonic group has good salt resistance, and the heterogeneous ring and benzene ring have good temperature resistance, 25,26 such as 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropyl sulfonic acid (AMPS), 24,27 N-vinylpyrrolidone (NVP), 28 sodium p-styrene sulfonate (SSS), 14 the temperature and salt resistance of the polymer can be improved by polymerizing with monomers with these functional groups.…”

At present, the commonly used method is to use acrylamide-based polymers as the main monomer and introduce monomers with high-temperature and salt-resistant groups.…”

“…At present, oil and natural gas are still one of the most important energy sources in the world [ 1 , 2 , 3 ]. With the continuous development of petroleum resources, shallow resources are gradually depleted, and deep ultra-deep oil and gas has become a key development object [ 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 ].…”
