Synthesis and Antibacterial Activity of Some Novel 4-Benzyl-piperazinyl-s-triazine Derivatives

Abstract: Considerable interest has been attracted in s-triazine scaffold and its derivatives because of their large variety of pharmacological activities. In this project, a series of 4-benzyl-piperazinyl-s-triazine derivatives 5a to 5j were synthesized by three steps substitution reaction of cyanuric chloride with various nucleophilic compounds in presence of a base.
