Synthesen in der Carotinoid‐Reihe XXVI. Totalsynthese des Crocetin‐dimethylesters

Abstract: Nach der Synthese des p-Carotins haben wir uns unter anderem dem Aufbau der Carotinoid-dicarbonsauren zugewandt. Von den beiden von uns mit Erfolg angewandten Bauprinzipien : Aldehyd+Acetylen+Aldehyd2) undAce tylenverbindung + Octendion + Acet ylen~erbindung~) haben wir das erstere vorgezogen, da hier wieder die Moglichkeit gegeben war, mit der vorletzten Reaktion ein Molekul mit einer zentralen Dreifachbindung in ein entsprechendes mono-cis-Carotinoid um~uwandeln~).Wahrend wir jedoch im Verlauf der p-Carotins… Show more
