Synthese d'un telomere perfluorocarbone derive du tris‐(hydroxymethyl) ¹⁴C et ¹³C‐acrylamidomethane (F‐TAC)

Abstract

FgTACg a Perfluoroalkylated telomer, was labeled by 14C and 13C on the carbonyl group from acrylic acid 14C. The synthesis of this compound was performed via a five steps procedure. The labelling yield calculated from the precursor (Ba 14 or 13C02) is in the range of 25-30 Yo. RESUMELe telomdre perfluore FgTACg a et6 marque par 14C et 13C sur le groupe carbonyle a partir de I'acide actylique 14C. La synthese est rdalisee en cinq &apes a partir de BaCOg cornme precurseur. Le rendement de marquage calcule par rapport au precurseur (Ba14C02 ou l3C03) est de I'ordre de 25 a 30 Yo.
