Abstract: The traditional cacap-cacapan wedding ceremony is a tradition of the Malay community in South Sumatra, which is carried out by a pair of brides after the marriage ceremony takes place, and before the bride sits on the aisle. Lubuklinggau is one of the cities in South Sumatra Province that still maintains the Malay cultural tradition, namely the cacap-cacapan tradition.
