Abstract:Synovial sarcoma (SS) is a malignant neoplasm that arises from primitive pluripotential mesenchymal cells . It is a high-grade histological variety of sarcoma and it accounts for 7-10% of all soft tissue sarcomas. Head and neck locations represent only 0.7% to 10% of all cases.
