a b s t r a c tEthnopharmacological relevance: N-Alkylamides (NAAs) are a promising group of bioactive compounds, which are anticipated to act as important lead compounds for plant protection and biocidal products, functional food, cosmeceuticals and drugs in the next decennia. These molecules, currently found in more than 25 plant families and with a wide structural diversity, exert a variety of biologicalpharmacological effects and are of high ethnopharmacological importance. However, information is scattered in literature, with different, often unstandardized, pharmacological methodologies being used. Therefore, a comprehensive NAA database (acronym: Alkamid) was constructed to collect the available structural and functional NAA data, linked to their occurrence in plants (family, tribe, species, genus). Materials and methods: For loading information in the database, literature data was gathered over the period 1950-2010, by using several search engines. In order to represent the collected information about NAAs, the plants in which they occur and the functionalities for which they have been examined, a relational database is constructed and implemented on a MySQL back-end. Results: The database is supported by describing the NAA plant-, functional-and chemical-space. The chemical space includes a NAA classification, according to their fatty acid and amine structures. Conclusions: The Alkamid database (publicly available on the website http://alkamid.ugent.be/) is not only a central information point, but can also function as a useful tool to prioritize the NAA Q8 choice in the evaluation of their functionality, to perform data mining leading to quantitative structure-property relationships (QSPRs), functionality comparisons, clustering, plant biochemistry and taxonomic evaluations.

Исследования последних лет демонстри-руют, что именно данный класс соединений мо-жет обуславливать противовоспалительные и иммуномодулирующие свойства препаратов эхинацеи [15]. Несмотря на то, что в ходе рандо-мизированного контролируемого исследования экстракта эхинацеи не было установлено суще-ственное снижение частоты заболеваемости про-студой и тяжести ее проявлений, а польза от при-менения препаратов эхинацеи ставится под со-мнение, в исследованиях in vitro было доказано стимулирование выработки цитокинов макро-фагами человека, увеличение фагоцитарного ин-декса и активация NK-клеток [16][17][18].…”

Сеченова Минздрава России, МоскваАннотация: Актуальность исследования новых видов лекарственного растительного сырья (ЛРС) обусловлена необходимостью расширения сырьевой базы для производства новых лекарственных препаратов, поиска новых биологически активных соединений и совершенствования технологий безотходного производства. Отдельные представители семейства астровых (Asteraceae), насчитывающего более 30000 видов растений, нашли широкое применение в официальное медицине благодаря широкому спектру демонстрируемой биологической активно-сти. Вместе с тем, традиционно применяющиеся в народной медицине различных стран растения, содержащие алкиламиды, практически не используются в качестве ЛРС. В данной статье приводится краткий обзор свойств и химического состава данных растений. Ключевые слова: алкиламиды, пеллиторин, спилантол, биологически активные вещества, обзор литературы, лекарственное растительное сырье, полынь, эхинацея За последние годы потребление лекарствен-ных растений и препаратов на их основе суще-ственно возросло. Это обусловлено рядом при-чин: доступная цена по сравнению с синтетиче-скими лекарственными препаратами, широкое использование лекарственных растений в со-ставе биологически-активных добавок, безре-цептурный отпуск большинства препаратов рас-тительного происхождения, распространенное среди широких слоев населения мнение о без-опасности лекарственных растений и препаратов на их основе и др. [1]. Вместе с тем, многие пер-спективные виды лекарственного растительного сырья (ЛРС) не включены в Государственную Фармакопею Российской Федерации и другие фармакопеи мира, и находят применение, пре-имущественно, в традиционной медицине. В частности, это относится к растительному сы-рью, богатому алкиламидами.Алкиламиды представляют собой большую группу природных соединений, содержащихся в, по меньшей мере, 33 семействах растений. Не-смотря на относительно простое молекулярное строение, данные вещества демонстрируют ши-рокий спектр биологической активности. Так, алкиламиды способны оказывать иммуномоду-лирующее, противомикробное, противовирус-ное, инсектицидное, диуретическое, антиокси-дантное действие, могут участвовать в потенци-ровании действия антибиотиков и ингибирова-нии синтеза простагландинов [2]. Растения, со-держащие алкиламиды, широко используются в народной медицине различных стран. В этой связи растительное сырье, содержащее данные соединения, и препараты на его основе, пред-ставляются перспективными для более подроб-ного изучения и использования в различных об-ластях медицины и фармации.Структура природных алкиламидов (рисунок 1) обычно включает в себя остаток алифатиче-ского, ароматического или циклического амина, соединенный с насыщенной или ненасыщенной длинноцепочечной кислотой (С8-С18).
