Abstract: -Introduction:Autoimmune polyendocrinopathy-candidiasis-ectodermal dystrophy (APECED) is an autosomal recessive disease defined by two of the following conditions: hypoparathyroidism, adrenocortical failure and chronic mucocutaneous candidiasis.
